Zion-Friedheim Evangelical Lutheran Church

We welcome you to Friedheim this morning!  Let us all remember to start each day remembering our Savior and praising Him for our many blessings.  If you are communing with us today, please take a moment to complete a communion registration card.  The card can be placed in the offering plate or given to one of the Deacons.  If you are a visitor, please sign one of the guest registries located in either entranceway of the church.

+ SOLI  DEO GLORIA +

We remember our members who will celebrate birthdays this week—Gregg Buuck, Elliot Gehres, Lester Werling, Janice K. Buuck, Scott Gehres, Jenna Timm, Barb Geyer, Katie Linnemeier, Matt Nidlinger, Heidi Wilkinson, and Amy DeKoninck.  We also remember our Wyneken 1st/2nd split grade teacher, Becky Klenke, Lisa Lee who teaches our 1st & 2nd grade Sunday School class, and Cindy Des Jean who teaches in the public school. May the Lord continue to guide, direct, and bless them.

May the Great Physician grant health and strength to all who are in need of His presence in their life.  We especially remember Jim Crosby who has been moved to Adams County Extended Care Unit for rehabilitation and Larkanne Griffiths.

We remember in our prayers the family and friends of Officer Jerry Wyss, cousin of Denise Conrad, who was called to his heavenly home and given Christian burial on Saturday, October 27.  May the God of all comfort be with those who mourn and remind them of that great day when they will be reunited with their loved ones in heaven.

We rejoice with Matt Buuck and Kim Smith who were married yesterday afternoon at Soest.  We pray God’s richest blessings on this couple as they begin their lives together.
