in this morning's bulletin is a study guide ("Time
in the Word") for this week. Please

The theme for the week is "Holy Week."
us this week as we walk with the Savior as He brings us salvation and life.
On Maundy Thursday, two services will be offered.
At noon, there will be a service of meditations on the Lord's Supper
from Luther's Small Catechism. At
7:30 p.m., the service is based on Martin Luther's service.
The sermon is "A
Truly New Covenant" based upon 1 Corinthians 11:23-34.
Holy Communion will be celebrated at both services.
At 1:00 p.m. on Good Friday there will be a service of readings,
hymns, and prayers. This will
be a series of short meditations on the suffering and death of Christ.
At 7:30 p.m. there will be a Good Friday Service of Darkness with
Holy Communion. The sermon will
be "Father Forgive
Them" from Luke 23:34.
to The Lutheran Hour.
The show airs on Sunday on WLW (700) out of
Cincinnati at 7:00 a.m. and on Van Wert stations WERT (1220) and WKSD

program can also be heard on Sunday at 8:05 a.m. on WBZD (92.7 FM) and at

Tune in to hear Dr. Dale Meyer's sermon, "Yes, Jesus Loves
Me!" When the doctor's diagnosis is terminal, the world can only offer hopes that
will be proven false. This
Easter day we celeberate the fact that Christ's resurrection offers a sure
and certain hope for every situation in life.
"Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the
morning" (Psalm 30:5).
